Maria has won the Best Film award at the Tokyo International Film Festival, one of the world’s largest film festivals, and enjoyed a successful international run. The story follows a young filmmaker whose wedding day turns into a nightmare when a young woman falls from a bridge onto his wedding car in what appears to be a suicide. His fiancée, an actress, becomes suspicious of why the girl chose their car and begins searching for the truth.
